Our Approach

Communication is the foundation of our practice. Before starting a contract, we will meet with you to learn more about your goals for the property, and will guide you on how to improve the chances of securing long-term, profitable tenancy. Once these goals are in place, we work with you to make it real.

After tenants are secured, you will receive regular progress reports, monthly rent deposits, and other services throughout the relationship.

  • Rental Bookkeeping - So you don't have to, right? For normal people keeping track of things is mundane. But for some reason we like it.

  • Rental Reporting - And after we do all the recording we'll put together an easy to read report. Monthly and Yearly

  • Sales and Leasing - Time is of the essence. We show a property as much as humanly possible. We maintain a background, reference and credit criteria that helps us find the most qualified applicants

  • Market Intelligence - we're certainly not the economist, but we'll keep our ear to the ground and let owners know what we think might be headed our way.

  • Maintenance and Turnover - Everyone involved has an interest in a well functioning property. The tenant is the first line. A good line of communication and the tenant will let management know what's happening. Management will also inspect and keep a maintenance history. And of the course, owners will keep tabs and have specific improvement goals for the property.

That’s when you need someone like Eric Lozano at Hanover and Townsend, especially these days when rental housing is difficult, to say the least! Eric is low key and cool to work with. After we got our new rental, there was an issue with the electrical system. An electrician was there fast, turned out to be a problem with the power company, outside our new house. Eric got the power company to appear with their giant truck, problem ended!
