Once these goals are in place, we work with you to make it real.

After tenants are secured, you will receive regular progress reports, monthly rent deposits, and other services throughout the relationship.

After we got our new rental, there was an issue with the electrical system. An electrician was there fast, turned out to be a problem with the power company, outside our new house. Eric got the power company to appear with their giant truck, problem ended! When we were setting up our paperwork and all the details, everything was easy and without drama, even with much of it done while we were back on the East Coast.

Eric moved to Portland in 1997 and knew he found his place. A seasoned property manager, Eric has managed rental properties in the area for over 20 years. His approach emphasizes clear communication and a deep understanding of owner priorities, local market conditions, and tenant needs.

Eric’s passion for management is rooted in a fascination with the built environment and how it creates a stable foundation from which people can find their greatest happiness in life. As a long-time Portland resident Eric has hiked, biked, and explored the many wonderful neighborhoods of this fascinating city. Like most Portlanders, Eric has a deep love for music, reading, community, and good food. He is committed to helping provide stable, comfortable homes for tenants while fostering reliable returns and well-maintained properties for owners.

Licensed in Oregon (#201203875) with a graduate certificate in Real Estate Development and a Post Baccalaureate in Accounting from Portland State University, he combines market intelligence with proactive maintenance to deliver optimal outcomes for all parties involved.

Kevin’s connection to creating and maintaining beautiful and functional spaces draws from his background in the creative arts. Utilizing his years of experience in woodworking, stained glass, and visual merchandising, Kevin ensures Hanover & Townsend properties are in strong working order as they pass from owner to tenant. As your go-to for maintenance requests, he brings a sense of urgency, authenticity, and compassion with each interaction.
